The Context We Are Responding To

Across African cities and in the diaspora, there is a visible and growing cohort of highly educated, high-potential women working in technology, healthcare, finance, law, consulting, development, creative industries, and entrepreneurship.

Traditional women’s platforms tend to focus on visibility and motivation — conferences, campaigns, and one-off gestures. Very few are built with the discipline, patience, and governance required to track outcomes, compound learning, and deploy resources in a way that materially shifts what women are able to build. Zuri Circle exists to close that gap.

Zuri Circle membership is not positioned as a mass-market offering. It is deliberately curated. The Circle is for women who are willing to show up, do the work, and be held to a higher standard than the one they often hold for themselves. It is for those who recognise that remaining in the same place year after year is no longer acceptable — professionally, financially, or personally. We are comfortable with the reality that Zuri Circle will not be the right fit for everyone.
